Lean Six Sigma Training
The growth of internal figures capable of sustaining continuous improvement over time.
Lean Six Sigma Training helps companies develop structured skills to improve processes, reduce waste and variability, and make more effective decisions through data.
AGMC builds training programs designed to be applied in operational settings, with the aim of turning the methodology into a concrete lever for improvement in time, cost, quality, and performance. Each level develops specific capabilities and contributes to growing internal people able to sustain continuous improvement over time.
White Belt: building a common foundation
The White Belt level introduces the fundamental principles of Lean Six Sigma and creates a shared language within the organization. It is the starting point for spreading awareness of waste, quality, variability, and the structured reading of processes.
This first level helps align different departments and functions, eases the introduction of improvement logics, and lays the groundwork for more advanced paths. The value of the White Belt lies precisely in its ability to create a common, more solid cultural foundation.
Yellow Belt: taking an active part in improvement
The Yellow Belt level develops basic operational skills that enable people to contribute more effectively to improvement projects. Those who take this path gain a better ability to read data, support ongoing initiatives, and collaborate with more experienced figures.
It is a level particularly suited to operational and coordination roles that take part in projects without leading them directly, but that play an important part in the day-to-day application of the method and in resolving issues.
Green Belt: managing processes and projects with method
The Green Belt level marks a key step, because it brings the methodology into real processes and develops people able to manage improvement projects in a structured, results-oriented way.
The skills developed make it possible to analyze performance, identify the causes of inefficiencies, design improvement actions, and monitor results over time. At this stage, Lean Six Sigma becomes an operational tool capable of having a concrete effect on cost, time, and quality.
Black Belt: leading change and generating impact
The Black Belt level is geared toward managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. People trained at this level acquire advanced skills that allow them to lead cross-cutting initiatives, engage with management, and turn the method into a business lever.
The Black Belt strengthens the company’s ability to oversee improvement with greater autonomy, take on higher-impact projects, and generate concrete economic benefits through more rigorous process management.
Master Black Belt: building a system of organizational excellence
The Master Black Belt level develops people able to oversee the methodology on a broader scale, connecting skills, methodological consistency, and business results. It is the profile that helps the organization consolidate a stable system of continuous improvement.
This figure brings a more systemic view of processes, supports the growth of internal skills, and helps keep training, strategic priorities, and expected results aligned. In this way, Lean Six Sigma finds a more solid and lasting structure within the company.
Project Coaching: bringing the method into practice

From Theory to Practice

Hands-on Project Support

Reduced Risk of Knowledge Loss

Measurable Results
Project Coaching connects training to concrete application on real cases. It is the step that allows the skills developed in the classroom to translate into projects, operational decisions, and measurable results.
Through hands-on support on projects, people are guided in using the tools, reading data, and managing improvement activities. This reduces the risk of training remaining theoretical and accelerates the organization’s ability to turn learning into performance.
How we work
AGMC designs Lean Six Sigma Training as a progressive, integrated path, in which each level contributes to skills development and to the growth of the organization. The work combines training, practical application, learning assessment, and hands-on support, so as to build concrete results and lasting internal skills.
This approach is consistent with the AGMC method, which integrates consulting, training, coaching, and management in tailored journeys, with a strong focus on tangible improvement, engaging people, and creating value over time.
